This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Loire Valley Wine Limited trading as Amanda's Wines and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

Details regarding how to enter as published form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is for one winner and a guest and includes a 3 night stay plus dinner on the first night (wine included)  bed and breakfast in luxury accommodation in a renovated priory Au-Domaine-du-Prieure in Valaire (Loir & Cher) in the Loire Valley, France.
The prize must be booked by 31st March 2010 and used by 30th June 2010.
This offer is subject to availability based on 2 people sharing and excludes Easter, Christmas and New Year.

The prize does not include any travel insurance or other expenses.
Travel to and from Valaire (Loir & Cher) France is not included.
The judges decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry closes at 6pm Saturday, 12th December 2009. To enter the draw entrants should simply purchase a minimum of 12 bottles of wine at our normal listed price, for delivery to the UK mainland only, through the website www.AmandasWines.co.uk using the webform provided and noting "Smart Money" in the discount code enabling a £10 discount coupon before the entry closes. No entries by phone or post.

Only one entry per person. Late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. If winning is dependent on answering a question correctly, then the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received. Entries received after the closing date of the draw will not be considered. No responsibility is taken for entries lost or delayed. The winner will be drawn at random and the judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.

All entries must be received by the published closing date.

The winner will be notified by email, telephone or letter and their name and the name of the county where they live may be published. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the published closing date of the prize draw. The name and county of the winner may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date, enclosing a self-addressed envelope, to Amanda's Wines, Domaine du Prieuré, 41120 Valaire, France. The prize will be delivered to the winner's home address within 28 days of notification, unless the winner is notified otherwise. Prizes will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of entrants, illegal or otherwise.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this draw you agree to have your name released as the winner, should you be drawn as a winner of the prize.

There is no cash alternative. The prize is not refundable or transferable.
By entering, participants agree that their data may be used by Amanda's Wines to contact them.

Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond control accordingly Amanda's Wines may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Amanda's Wines as a result thereof.
